Supply Chain Operations Manager (P2P)

The Sourcing Operations function sits within Enterprise Property and Strategic Services (EPSS) in Technology and Enterprise Operations. It is responsible for managing all operational activities associated with NAB, including requisitioning of goods and services, Accounts Payable . P2P also provides help desk support and training to our colleagues across the enterprise, and to external suppliers. In addition, Operations is also responsible for the design, development and implementation of the operational aspects of SourceLine as well as post-implementation support to stakeholders and all associated Tools.

This role will be working alongside the India Sourcing Operations centre and will need to work together to deliver the service to our internal customers and NAB suppliers.

Experience

• 7+ years experience gained within in the Sourcing Operations space, in Procurement or Supply Chain Management
• 5-7 years experience working with SAP or similar configuration and processes
• Hands on experience with all modules of a Sourcing Operations suite (preferably SAP and Ariba) but focused on, but not limited to, spend analysis, E sourcing, contract management and Procure to Pay.

Key tasks; accountabilities and challenges of this role

• People leader fundamentals for direct reports
• Escalation points for Sourcing Operations queries
• Ensure offshore team have seamless service delivery to customers.
• Provide Subject Matter Expertise on Sourcing Operations functions, systems and processes.
• Deliver the end-to-end service offering and drive continuous improvement in Sourcing Operations processes.
• Consult into projects or initiatives impacting Sourcing Operations, ensuring all impacts are identified and requirements are implemented.
• Risk and control framework, identifying new risks and ensure all risks have effective controls in place and working with the manager onshore to ensure these are captured in a risk register and rectified.
