Position Objective: Responsible for ensuring that organizational data is accurate, complete, consistent, secure, and ready to drive decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop policies, procedures, and standards related to data governance, implementation, and utilization.
• Monitor compliance, implement measurement frameworks, and evaluate data quality.
• Manage data access and data security.
• Direct the creation and management of data catalogs, data dictionaries and definitions, data ownership and accountability, and the data lifecycle.
• Lead the research, deployment, management, and technical operations of data products and solutions.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in Data Governance, Data Management, or as a Data Analyst / Data Engineer (with exposure to data governance).
• Strong understanding and practical experience in implementing various organizational data types.
• Experience working across multiple business domains (finance, operations, product, etc.).
• Solid understanding of Databases (SQL, NoSQL), Data warehouse / Data lake.
• Proficient in SQL.
• Knowledge in the following areas: Data Quality, Data Security, Metadata Management, Master Data / Reference Data, Data Lifecycle.
• Capable of developing data policies, procedures, and standards, as well as establishing data governance KPIs and metrics.
• Skills: Stakeholder management, cross-functional coordination, and analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead teams and guide data strategic direction.
• Systematic, logical, and data-driven mindset.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive, capable of working independently, and highly accountable.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
