About the Position

At FPT Cybersecurity, we believe that data security is the foundation of every AI transformation initiative.

As the Data Security Practice Lead, you will be responsible for building and leading the unit's data security capabilities, covering methodologies, technical solutions, and implementation frameworks.

You will work closely with the Product team to turn these methodologies into practical products and capabilities, and collaborate with the Solutions and Business teams to transform the unit's ideas and products into practical solutions addressing customers data security challenges.

What You Will Do

• Lead the design and development of FPT's Data Security capabilities, including methodologies, people, and technologies, in compliance with Vietnamese laws and regulations as well as international standards and best practices.
• Build and develop a team specializing in data security analysis and consulting, leveraging FPT's technology and organizational ecosystem.
• Work closely with Product and Solution teams to transform foundational capabilities into product features and solutions in the areas of Data Security and AI Security.
• Lead customer consulting and engagement activities, communicate and advocate for proposed solutions, and transform developed technologies and methodologies into practical solutions for customers data protection and security challenges.
• Research and apply emerging data science methodologies and technical solutions to address FPT's business and technology challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas: compliance, data security, cybersecurity, or data science.
• Strong ability to self-learn, proactively adapt to, and apply emerging technologies within the relevant field.
