Responsibilities

• Manage information and databases related to customer experience and data throughout the customer journey. Connect data from other software to Big Data.
• Aggregate and analyze data from various sources.
• Monitor, measure, and regularly update customer experience metrics.
• Analyze customer behavior at each touchpoint in the customer journey, identifying problems, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
• Build visual reports and dashboards on customer experience status and proposing solutions appropriate for each stage.
• Perform in-depth analyses such as: customer segmentation by satisfaction level, retention rate, reasons for customer churn, effectiveness of customer care campaigns, etc.
• Participate in building a standardized CX data system for long-term reporting and analysis.
  
  

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in finance, telecommunications, e-commerce, or information security
• Proficient in SQL and experienced in working with database management systems
• Experience using one of the following BI/Visualization tools: Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, Google Data Studio
• Skilled in programming with Python or R for data processing and analysis
• Understanding of probability and statistics, data analysis models; experience in Machine Learning, Big Data, and system log processing is an advantage
• English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 650+ (reading comprehension, report writing)
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills; proactive, eager to learn, and highly responsible
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Security, or related IT fields.
