Business and Data Analysis
Working directly with the client's chief accountant, CFO, and operations manager to clarify business processes, reporting needs, and opportunities for AI application in operations.
Standardize requirements into specifications.
Data Processing & Modeling
Extracting data from SAP B1/ERP, SQL Server, Excel, and external sources.
Design a data model for cleaning and reconciling data with accounting records.
Building reports & dashboards
Developing a reporting system.
Applying AI to analysis and operations
Work with the product team to build AI features: natural language data querying, reporting assistants, and forecasting.
Partnering with the project implementation team.
Conduct surveys, write documentation (BRD, report specifications), train users, support UAT, and get the service live.
Follow up after implementation and suggest improvements.

Job Requirements

Graduates with a major in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Management Information Systems, Data Science, Economics, or equivalent.
Knowledge of finance and accounting is a prerequisite : ability to read and understand balance sheets and income statements, and grasp the fundamentals of purchasing, sales, inventory, accounts receivable, and cost of goods sold. (This will be tested during the interview.)
Two years of experience in data analysis / business analysis / general accounting and management reporting. (Excellent candidates with less than two years of experience will still be considered.)
Good communication skills: presenting clearly to clients, writing clear documentation.
Systems thinking, proactive problem-solving — seeing the big picture of the data flow, independently breaking down problems instead of waiting for detailed requirements.
Willing to travel to client locations (expenses covered by the company — see Benefits section).
