Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer service, SOPs, reports, systems, and documentation.
  • Ensure nominated and coload shipments meet commercial and charter flight schedules.
  • Develop new routes
  • Provide market intelligence and updates to management.
  • Maximize business opportunities with tailored, profitable client solutions.
  • Prepare forecasts for KA/SME accounts.
  • Develop vendors (trucking, customs, terminal providers) and negotiate rates.
  • Manage warehouse/terminal operations, ensuring compliance and control.
  • Implement security and escort procedures for key electronics accounts

Qualifications

  • Bachelor&aposs degree
  • Minimum 7+ years experience in similar role, with strong expertise in air freight operations.
  • Familiarity with handling high-value electronics cargo or global key accounts security requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Leadership ability to manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with top management.
