CREDIT ADMIN/ANALYST

We are seeking Credit Admins and Analysts to join our growing Hanoi team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Shared (Admin & Analyst):
- Manage client loan applications from initial briefing to settlement
- Collect, verify, and organise client documents
- Accurately enter data into loan processing systems (CRM, ApplyOnline, etc.)
- Liaise with banks to obtain timely updates on loan applications
- Communicate with clients on progress and provide post-settlement support
- Support team members and contribute to general office duties
Credit Analyst (additional):
- Conduct preliminary credit assessments based on client financials
- Research banks credit policies and lending criteria
- Liaise with banks, solicitors, and accountants to resolve application issues
- Assist in loan structuring and prepare handover notes for Credit Admins
- Prepare compliance documents to ensure regulatory and internal standards are met
REQUIREMENTS
Essential (Admin & Analyst):
- Strong written English communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and accountable
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
- 23 years relevant experience in data entry, documentation, or process support
Additional (Analyst):
- Strong spoken English communication
- Solid mathematical, logical, and analytical skills
- Ability to interpret complex financial information
- Problem-solving mindset and research capability
- 23 years relevant experience in finance, banking, or accounting
Desirable:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in a relevant field
- Experience with CRM systems or loan processing
- Prior study or work experience abroad, especially in Australia
SALARY
- Credit Admin: 1416M VND NET + up to 30% monthly bonus
- Credit Analyst: 1620M VND NET + up to 30% monthly bonus
