Role Description
Establish and implement HR efforts that effectively communicate and support the company&aposs
mission and strategic vision.
Design innovative personnel systems including compensation and benefits (C&B), evaluation
and grading systems (HRBP), education and training (L&D), etc.
Listening to the voices of frontline members and effectively incorporating their feedback into
systems and policies via operating and supporting the HRBP model.
Formulate and implement HR plans and strategies to effectively support the accomplishment
of the companys overall business operational goals.
Cooperation with Japanese sides and the Global Section at the Head Office.
Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function by overseeing time and
attendance, other compliance and governance checks, career development, succession
planning, retention, and talent acquisition globally.
Work with the Board of Directors on other tasks.
Qualifications
A minimum with at least three years of work experience as a CHRO or similar role (experience
in a foreign-invested company with 200 - 500 employees is preferred).
In-depth knowledge of all the Human Resources functions.
Ability to offer suggestions and opinions to the Board of Directors.
Strong in promoting skills development.
Capable of developing innovative systems and embracing new challenges.
Ability to implement PDCA cycle.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent logical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
