What youll do:
As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), your role is to align HR strategies with business objectives, support organizational growth, and foster a positive work environment. Key responsibilities include:

1.Talent Acquisition: Manage recruitment needs for business units, working
closely with business leaders to accurately understand talent requirements, develop and
execute recruitment plans, ensuring timely and efficient talent supplementation.
2. Lead the recruitment process for key positions, including talent search, interview screening, candidate evaluation, and the negotiation, ensuring the attraction and selection of high-quality talent.
3. Business Insight and Strategic Support: In-depth understanding of the business models,
strategic goals, and operational processes of business units, providing professional advice
and solutions from an HR perspective to support strategic planning and business development.
4.Establish and maintain a talent pipeline for business units, identify in and cultivate in key talents to provide talent security for sustainable business development.
5.Employee Relations Management: Manage employee relations for business units, handling employee inquiries, complaints, and disputes in a timely manner, maintain in good labor relations, and creating a positive and healthy work environment.
6. Assist business units in performance management, ensuring fair, just, and transparent
performance assessments, and proposing reasonable incentives and improvement measures based on performance results.
