What youll do:

As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), your role is to align HR strategies with business objectives, support organizational growth, and foster a positive work environment. Key responsibilities include:

1.Talent Acquisition: Manage recruitment needs for business units, working

closely with business leaders to accurately understand talent requirements, develop and

execute recruitment plans, ensuring timely and efficient talent supplementation.

2. Lead the recruitment process for key positions, including talent search, interview screening, candidate evaluation, and the negotiation, ensuring the attraction and selection of high-quality talent.

3. Business Insight and Strategic Support: In-depth understanding of the business models,

strategic goals, and operational processes of business units, providing professional advice

and solutions from an HR perspective to support strategic planning and business development.

4.Establish and maintain a talent pipeline for business units, identify in and cultivate in key talents to provide talent security for sustainable business development.

5.Employee Relations Management: Manage employee relations for business units, handling employee inquiries, complaints, and disputes in a timely manner, maintain in good labor relations, and creating a positive and healthy work environment.

6. Assist business units in performance management, ensuring fair, just, and transparent

performance assessments, and proposing reasonable incentives and improvement measures based on performance results.

What youll bring:

  • Bachelor&aposs degree or above.
  • 5 years of experience in recruitment and as HRBP, with a preference for those with

experience in large enterprises or rapidly growing companies.

  • Rich recruitment experience, with successful cases of recruiting key position talents.
  • Experience in the internet, FMCG, or related industries is preferred, as well as sales or

operations experience. Ability to quickly understand and adapt to the business

  • characteristics and HR needs of different industries.
  • Excellent business acumen, capable of quickly understanding the business logic and

operational models of business units, and able to break down goals and communicate them to individual team members.

  • Strong communication skills, able to effectively communicate with personnel at all levels,establish good cooperative relationships, and promote the implementation and landing of HR projects.
  • Good organizational and coordination abilities, able to coordinate various resources, solve complex problems, and ensure the smooth progress of HR work.
  • High sense of responsibility and dedication, attention to detail, ability to withstand significant work pressure, and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of work.
  • Good professional ethics and confidentiality awareness, able to strictly abide by company rules and regulations and laws and regulations, protecting the privacy information of the company and employees.
  • Language skills: Fluent in both Chinese and English, with Spanish being a plus.
