Chief of Staff Tech / Product Leadership (Ho Chi Minh City)
Were hiring a Chief of Staff to work directly with the CPO, CTO & CEO of a fast-growing growth stage fintech building the next wave of digital financial services and platforms.
We&aposre ideally looking for a high impact individual that has a background in a top-tier consulting background (McKinsey, Bain, BCG or the likes) and in recent years has transitioned and worked in the tech or product world and is now looking to drive impact from within.
What Youll Do:
- Partner with C-suite leaders to drive strategic initiatives across product, tech, and operations
- Lead mission-critical, cross-functional projects with visibility at the highest level
- Shape and refine internal operating models and execution frameworks
- Own planning and prep for board meetings, shareholder updates, and leadership offsites
- Track OKRs and ensure teams stay aligned and on course
- Help turn strategy into real-world execution at speed and scale
What Were Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience, ideally ex-MBB + exposure to tech/product roles within high growth tech environments/scale ups.
- Strong execution and project leadership across complex domains
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and analytical thinking
- Passion for digital innovation, fintech, or the future of financial services
- Hungry to learn, take ownership, and work at pace
- Bilingual in English & Vietnamese. Open to consider overseas returning Vietnamese who are looking to come back to Vietnam.
