Job Title: Head of Operations

Salary: Up to 60,000,000 VND/month

Work Location: Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Type: Remote at first, hybrid later.

An early-stage fintech startup building the future of crypto banking is expanding in Vietnam. We are looking for a Head of Operations to help design scalable processes, build a high-performing team, and drive operational excellence from the ground up.

As Head of Operations, you will take the lead in establishing core operational processes, managing customer support, ensuring compliance, and collaborating across teams to support growth. This role is critical to shaping the companys foundation and scaling operations effectively.

• Design and implement core operational processes to support company growth.
• Build and manage customer support operations, including documentation, workflows, and service standards.
• Create and maintain internal and external communication documents (policies, FAQs, guidelines).
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams to ensure smooth cross-functional operations.
• Monitor business performance metrics and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Recruit, train, and lead the customer support team.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and design scalable solutions.

Must-Have:

• 4+ years of management experience in operations, business operations, or customer support in the fintech/crypto/blockchain industry.
• Proven experience in setting up processes and scaling teams from scratch.
• Strong writing and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Notion, etc.).
• Comfortable working in a startup environment with ambiguity and rapid change.
• Solid English reading and writing skills.
• Local Vietnam candidate, ideally based in HN or HCM.
• Candidates with an excellent academic background and/or international experience are strongly preferred.

Nice-to-Have:

• Background in compliance or regulatory processes within finance or crypto.
• Track record of building and managing customer-facing teams.
• Excellent academic background and/or international experience.

We are an early-stage fintech startup working at the intersection of crypto and banking. The team is small but ambitious, combining global expertise with a strong local presence in Vietnam. Our goal is to redefine how digital assets interact with traditional financial systems.

Normal working hours, Monday to Friday, according to Vietnam time.
