V tr / Position: K ton Tng hp/Ph phng (Deputy Chief Accountant)
a im / Location: Einstein School HCMC KDC 13C, Phong Ph, Bnh Chnh
Thi gian / Working hours: Th 2 Th 6 (8h0017h00), sng Th 7 khi c s kin
Monday Friday (8:0017:00), Saturday mornings when events are scheduled
Mc lng / Salary range: 20 25 triu Gross / 20 25M VND Gross
Vai tr chnh / Key Responsibilities:
- H tr/Thay mt K ton trng qun l v iu hnh phng K ton.
- Assist/Act on behalf of the Chief Accountant to manage daily accounting operations.
- Gim st thu chi, cng n, ti sn, kho, lng & dng tin.
- Supervise payments, receivables, assets, inventory, payroll & cash flow.
- Lp bo co ti chnh & qun tr nh k/t xut.
- Prepare financial and management reports (regular & ad-hoc).
- m bo tun th chun mc k ton, php lut & ngha v ti chnh.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, legal regulations, and financial obligations.
- H tr lm vic vi c quan thu, kim ton, ngn hng, nh cung cp.
- Coordinate with tax authorities, auditors, banks, and vendors.
Yu cu / Requirements:
- Tt nghip H chuyn ngnh K ton/Ti chnh.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance.
- 5+ nm kinh nghim, u tin c chng ch K ton trng.
- 5+ years of experience, preferably with Chief Accountant Certificate.
- Thnh tho MISA/FAST/SAP & Excel nng cao.
- Proficiency in MISA/FAST/SAP & advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.).
- Nm vng chun mc k ton Vit Nam.
- Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards.
- Cn thn, trung thc, trch nhim.
- Detail-oriented, honest, responsible.
- u tin ng vin c kinh nghim trong lnh vc gio dc.
- Experience in education sector is a plus.
