Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

-Manage the Function&aposs activities in accordance with assigned, responsibilities, and authorities.

-Direct the advisory, development, and implementation of investment strategies that align with the company&aposs objectives and the diverse needs of customers.

-Talent Management

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Direct market research in the financial sector, identify investment opportunities, and analyze financial products.

2. Lead the advisory, development, and implementation of investment strategies and asset allocation in line with the company&aposs objectives and diverse customer needs.

3. Monitor, evaluate, and adjust investment strategies to optimize returns and effectively control risks.

4. Direct the advisory on portfolio structure design and portfolio management (evaluation, adjustment, etc.).

5. Guide the advisory on selecting financial products that align with customers&apos needs and risk appetites.

6. Direct the advisory on risk management for investment portfolios in compliance with legal regulations.

7. Develop, manage, monitor, and evaluate the achievement of departmental goals according to periodic plans.

8. Guide, instruct, and motivate department staff to complete assigned tasks.

9. People Management

10. Advise the Company&aposs leaders on activities in the field of professional responsibility.

11. Orientate, direct and participate in researching, building databases and formulating models as the basis for strategic orientation for related operations (Investment, Investment Consulting, Risk...).

12. Orientate, direct and participate in preparing and controlling the quality of research reports, industry analysis, company analysis, and thematic research reports

13. Seek, build, and develop relationships with the company&aposs strategic investors.

14. Ensure that the activities of the functional area comply with internal policies, regulations, processes, and guidelines.

15. Perform other related tasks as required by the company&aposs leadership

QUALIFICATIONS & WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Diploma/Profession:

- Have a Master&aposs degree or higher in business, investment, economics, finance and banking, or having professional certificates such as CFA, CPA/ACCA/CA is an advantage.

- Have in-depth knowledge of market analysis, industry analysis, corporate financial analysis.

- Have a securities practicing certificate

  • Experience:

- Professional experience: 15 years of experience in related fields such as fund management, investment banking, equity investment, venture capital, asset management, etc.

- Management experience: 10 years of experience in management and administration.

  • Foreign language (English): English, According to Company&aposs regulations from time to time
  • Expertise:

- Understand the organization.

- Understand the company&aposs products and services.

- Knowledge of company policies and procedures
