YUJIN IS HIRING – CHIEF ACCOUNTANT

Salary: Competitive (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications)

Work Location:

1. Yujin Vina Co., Ltd. (Sepzone 1, Linh Trung, TP. HCM)

2. Yujin Kreves Co., Ltd (Hoa Binh Industrial Park, Thu Thua, Tay Ninh).

Working Hours: 07:30 AM – 04:30 PM (Monday – Saturday, 1-hour lunch break)

Position Information

Position: Chief Accountant

Department: Finance & Accounting

Reports To: General Director

Key Responsibilities

• Organize, manage, and oversee all accounting activities of the company.
• Review and ensure the accuracy of financial statements and tax reports in compliance with Vietnamese regulations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports; analyze financial data to support management decision-making.
• Manage accounting books, records, and supporting documents in accordance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards.
• Liaise with tax authorities, auditors, banks, and other relevant agencies.
• Monitor and control company costs, budgets, and cash flow.
• Develop and improve accounting procedures and internal control systems.
• Train, guide, and develop the accounting team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Chief Accountant Certificate as required by Vietnamese regulations.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese tax laws, accounting regulations, and related legal requirements.
• Proficient in accounting software (MISA, SAP, ERP, etc.) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong leadership, management, and analytical skills.
• Honest, detail-oriented, and highly responsible.
• Experience in manufacturing companies and FDI environments is preferred.
