Key Responsibilities
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct analysis of the market, customers, and competitors.
- Channel Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage strategies for expanding sales channels within the region.
- Sales Planning & Execution: Set sales growth targets, create strategies and plans for future periods, and oversee their implementation.
- Brand Client Development: Use information about brand manufacturing partners (factories) to proactively develop relationships with target brands and achieve nominated/preferred supplier status.
- Channel Management: Collect and analyze information about sales channels; evaluate and manage channel resources effectively.
- Regional Management: Oversee day-to-day management activities within the assigned region.
- Team Building: Build, lead, and develop the sales team.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of sales team management experience with a proven track record
- Deep knowledge & network within apparel industry (manufacturing & brand)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team
- Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills to develop effective sales and market strategies.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build strong client relationships.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Expat, fluent in Chinese, English
