C&B Specialist

BLUEMARQ GROUP is looking for an experienced HR Generalist with strong expertise in Compensation & Benefits (C&B), labor regulations, and HR operations to join our team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage attendance tracking, payroll reporting, bonuses, and employee benefits.
• Handle social insurance procedures, employee welfare policies, and employment termination processes.
• Implement HR policies, reward and disciplinary procedures, ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
• Support internal communications, employee engagement initiatives, and corporate culture activities.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Generalist, C&B, HRBP, or related roles.
• Experience in Real Estate, large corporations, or organizations with 500+ employees is preferred.
• Experience handling multi-entity payroll and managing payroll across subsidiaries is a strong advantage.
• Solid knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law, Social Insurance regulations, and HR policies.
• Familiarity with corporate culture development frameworks and HR systems (ERP, Base, Lark Suite) is a plus.
