JOB SUMMARY:
- The Business Performance Manager (BPM) is the key performance advisor for Hoan My Assets/ COE providing deep insights into their strategy, operations, and financial performance. This role goes beyond reportinginterpreting data, identifying weaknesses, and driving actionable improvements. The BPAM acts as the go-to expert whom the GCEO, GCFO can rely on for an accurate and comprehensive view of each Assets health, challenges, and opportunities.
- In this position, the BPAM will work cross-functionally with hospital leadership, finance, and operational teams to support budget planning, performance monitoring, and strategic decision-making. By embedding financial thinking into daily processes, the BPAM will play a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency, cost control, and alignment with Group strategies.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as the primary performance advisor for Hoan My Assets/ COE, providing a comprehensive view of their strategy, operations, financials, and opportunities for improvement
- Analyse business performance beyond reporting interpret data, identify root causes of weaknesses, and drive actionable recommendations for improvement
- Lead the consolidation of Group management reports (MIS, Quarterly reports, etc.), ensuring clarity and strategic insights for senior leadership
- Monitor Assets/ CoE performance through daily, weekly, and monthly KPI tracking, budget reviews, and forecast updates to ensure alignment with Group strategies
- Facilitate the annual budget process, resource allocation, and KPI setting across Assets/ CoEs to ensure financial and operational efficiency
- Engage in commercial and strategic decision-making, supporting leadership with business cases, financial modelling, and operational improvements
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive financial process improvements, digital transformation (e.g., FICO, HIS), and efficiency in reporting workflows
- Ad hoc projects as required
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economic or related fields
- At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, planning, forecasting or related fields
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset, with the ability to translate numbers into strategic insights and actions
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience in engaging senior leaders and cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in project management, working across multiple hospitals and departments effectively
- Strong communication and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English, with the ability to influence decision-making
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- IT proficiency, including Office applications, Oracle or similar accounting software; familiarity with hospital information systems (HIS) is a plus
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus, but not mandatory
