Job Description

*PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Strategy & Business Management

- Build business model and identify SWOT.

- Responsible for the business growth in terms of agreed revenue and profit margins.

- Regularly track businesss performance (weekly/monthly/quarterly), focusing on revenue growth, cost optimization, and profit margins.

- Identify potential risks (market, financial, operational) and develop contingency plans.

2. Operations Supervision

- Ensure smooth operations across sales, marketing, customer service, and service delivery teams.

- Standardize and continuously improve internal workflows to increase efficiency and reduce errors.

- Set and monitor service quality benchmarks, ensuring customer satisfaction and consistent brand experience.

- Monitor manpower, budgets, and assets to ensure optimal use for maximum ROI

3. Market Research & Business Development

- Work with key personnel to develop market research and monitor industry trends as well as competitor activities.

- Identify opportunities for new product/service development or market expansion.

- Expand and strengthen network and partnership within the education sector, such as government authorities and regulatory bodies.

- Working location: Hong o Thy, H Ni

- Working time: Mondays - Fridays, work on weekend upon request

* JOB REQUIREMENT

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

- MBA or international professional certifications (CFA, PMP, etc.) are a strong dvantage.

- Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in business management, operations, or strategy, including at least 2 years in a C-Level or Business Unit Managerial role.

- Proven track record of starting/ growing/ managing a business successfully (more than 2 years).

- Solid experience in sales, marketing, customer service, and operations management, preferably in service industries (education, training, consulting, etc.).

- Hands-on experience in market research, competitor analysis, and business development initiatives.

- Strong financial acumen with ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable business strategies.

- Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and result-driven orientation.

- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities.

- Very good command of English (in all skills).

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility at all organizational levels.

- Integrity, professionalism, and a high sense of accountability, while dynamic and ambitious.
