Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Manager (Sweet Flavor & Savory field)

The Business Development Manager leads the organization's business development

strategies by maintaining good partnerships with the current clients and seeking new business partners and updating market conditions to achieve the best sales results.

You also have great opportunity to work with regional teams to understand the latest business trends/ business needs and handle global clients with regional teams. You can manage difficult problems in a challenging business market.

RESPOSIBILITIES

1. Sales Orientation

  • Set up sales targets to achieve quarterly/yearly
  • Carry out Sales forecasts and analysis, and report your findings to the General
  • Manager to increase sales of the business
  • Develop the business sales strategy
  • Negotiate pricing with clients in the area of delegation from the General Manager

2. Business Development

  • Research and identify business opportunities, including new markets in the North of
  • Viet Nam, trends, clients, partnerships, products, or new ways of reaching existing
  • markets
  • Maintain & develop partnership with clients in the North area to increase business
  • sales
  • Promote new products, new trends to the clients to get new wins
  • Have a good understanding of business products and be able to advise clients about them
  • Understand the needs of clients and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these needs
  • Foster and develop relationships with clients so that you can generate repeat business as well as find new opportunities.

3. Strategy & Plan

  • Think strategically to see the bigger picture and set aims and objectives to develop
  • and improve the business and reach new clients
  • Work strategically to carry out necessary planning to implement operational
  • changes
  • Propose and discuss with the General Manager the sales strategy for the North
  • area
  • Plan for Sales income of the quarter/the year
  • Plan a budget for sales expenses for a year

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 5 years or more in Sales in global companies, preferred experience in the Food or Flavor field
  • Education: University degree of Foreign Trade, Economy, preferred Food Technology
  • Good command of English
  • Good communication & presentation skills
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Strong sales competency
  • Good project management skills
