Key Responsibilities
Opportunity Identification: Conduct thorough research to identify and assess potential
business opportunities within the marketplace.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners,
and industry influencers, positioning Union Architects as a foremost authority in workplace
design.
Client Needs Analysis: Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions that
align with their strategic goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality
proposals and projects.
Proposal Presentation: Present proposals effectively, negotiate contracts, and successfully
close deals with prospective clients.
Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and evolving
customer needs to drive innovative solutions and achieve business objectives.
Custom Solutions Development: Leverage insights to develop customized solutions that not
only meet but exceed client expectations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the
architecture or design industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building lasting professional
relationships.
Ability to analyze client needs and propose effective solutions.
Negotiation skills with a track record of successfully closing deals.
Awareness of current market trends and the ability to adapt strategies accordingly.
