Business Development Specialist

POSITION: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Field: Finance, securities, international foreign exchange

Job description:

Find new customers, and convert customers from existing company leads.

Procure customers and personal relationships.

Collect feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.

Collaborating with team members to achieve the best results.

Preparing regular reports and overviews with sales data for the team.

Actively build and grow customer relationships.

Request:

Fluent in English.

Degree in marketing, business administration, economics, or related field.

At least 3 years of professional experience in the position of salesperson, sales representative, business specialist , or similar position.

Preference will be given to applicants who have worked for banks, insurance, securities, funds, and have customer records.

Strong communication, negotiation, sales, and relationship management skills.

Benefit:

Fixed salary: Negotiable (15M - 30M+++) + commission + monthly, quarterly and annual bonus.

Income bonus, 13th-month salary as per company regulations.
