The Role
We are seeking a motivated Business Development professional with at least 1 year of experience in B2B sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and meeting revenue targets through effective communication, product knowledge, and consultative selling. The role demands strong interpersonal skills, persistence, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, results driven environment.
Core Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients through research, calls, networking, and referrals. Maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Client Engagement: Understand customer needs and pain points to present appropriate products or solutions. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct product demonstrations or presentations to showcase value propositions and close deals effectively.
Negotiation & Closure: Handle objections professionally, negotiate contract terms, and ensure successful deal closure in alignment with company policies.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations) to deliver smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM systems. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.
Key Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (B2B Enterprise), preferably in technology, financial services, or SaaS.
Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation and persuasion abilities.
Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
