LIKELION Vietnam is looking for talent to join the Business Development (BD) team at our recruitment platform, FYI.
FYI is a platform that connects job seekers in Vietnam with job opportunities using real-world salary data. It provides candidates with data-driven salary insights and job opportunities, while offering companies a faster and more efficient hiring experience.
Although we operate as a small, elite team, we've already secured 23 corporate leads and converted about 5 of them into actual clients. Now is the time to really scale this momentum.
That's why we're looking for a Business Development professional who can directly identify corporate clients, convert them into sales, and nurture relationships by ensuring their hiring success. From sales and account management to solving client problems—this is a role where one person accompanies the client from the very beginning all the way to success.
