Prospector - Open for B2B Sales/ Business Development & Purchasing background

Your responsibilities:

Prospecting And Negotiation

  • Prospect for Overstocks: Identify and reach out to suppliers with potential overstocks.
  • Pre-negotiate Prices: Secure the best possible prices for the overstocks through effective negotiation.

Collaboration And Communication

  • Work with Internationals: Engage with suppliers from various countries, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Coordinate with Internal Teams: Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth procurement and delivery processes.

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 1+ year of experience in Sales/ Business Development/ Purchasing/ Procurement
  • Must be Minimum B1 level or TOEIC 500 - 550
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Sourcing (Experience in Hunter roles or Telesales is a plus).
  • Skills: Proven ability to research, qualify, and initiate B2B opportunities (Comfortable with cold calling and outreach).
  • Communication: Excellent communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Commercial Mindset: A strong understanding of commercial principles and the ability to think strategically about procurement and sales.
  • English Proficiency: Excellent English-speaking skills to communicate effectively with international suppliers.
  • Excel Proficiency: Good knowledge of Excel for managing stocks details

  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to secure the best deals.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Professionalism: High level of professionalism and confidentiality in all dealings.
