Job Description

We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our presence in domestic markets and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities

Market Expansion: Research and analyze domestic markets to identify target regions and potential clients. Develop new business opportunities through online platforms (e.g., B2B websites, social media), trade shows, email, and phone calls. Formulate and execute market expansion strategies to increase brand visibility.

Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for local clients. Promptly respond to inquiries, provide product quotes and solutions, and manage client feedback. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues related to logistics, payments, and after-sales service.

Sales & Negotiation: Drive the sales process from negotiation to contract signing and order fulfillment. Use effective sales techniques to negotiate pricing, maximizing company profitability. Track order status and coordinate with production and logistics to ensure timely delivery.

Brand Promotion: Promote the company's brand and products to enhance competitiveness in target markets. Participate in domestic trade shows and online marketing activities to showcase product advantages.

Qualifications:

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales or market development. Experience in brand promotion. Familiarity with manufacturing setups, local trading operations, or supply chain dynamics within Vietnam is a plus.

Education & Major: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in International Trade, Business Administration, Marketing, Business Languages, or a related field.

Language Skills: Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (both written and verbal) to ensure smooth reporting directly to management and regional stakeholders. Working proficiency in English is a plus.

Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong market sense and customer service orientation. Proficient in office software (e.g., Excel, Word) and local communication tools.

Personal Attributes: Highly responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure. Possesses strong teamwork skills and the ability to work independently. Must be adaptable to domestic business travel and field client visits.

Other: Knowledge of commercial practices in the local Vietnamese market and strong cross-cultural communication skills are highly valued.
