Remote Freelance SDR (Sales Development Representative)

Company: South Korea-based Manufacturer of Professional Grooming Devices

(Hair clippers, pet trimmers, hair dryers, precision scissors 30+ years of expertise)

We are a South Korea-based manufacturer specializing in professional grooming devices, trusted for over 30 years in the domestic market. Our product range includes hair clippers, pet trimmers, hair dryers, and precision scissors.

With a strong foundation at home, we are now expanding globally into markets such as the U.S., Europe, and Southeast Asia. To accelerate this growth, we are looking for a Remote Freelance Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our international sales team.

Responsibilities
  • Research and identify grooming, beauty, and pet supply distributors in target regions (U.S., UK, Australia, Southeast Asia).
  • Conduct cold outreach via email and LinkedIn (templates & AI-driven tools provided).
  • Qualify leads using a predefined checklist (company size, market relevance, interest level, etc.).
  • Schedule product introduction calls for our sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and results.

Requirements
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation or outbound sales.
  • Skilled at writing outreach messages and tailoring tone to different audiences.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with modern outreach & prospecting tools (e.g., Apollo.io, DeepSales, Zoominfo, Clay, Sales Navigator, Instantly).

Nice to Have (Not Required)
  • Experience in the beauty tools, grooming, or pet product industry.
  • Previous use of email automation & AI-powered outreach platforms such as DeepSales, Lemlist, Instantly, Apollo.
