Must-have:
- Build, organize and optimize end-to-end SOP including planning, workflow designing and training.
- Identify operational and structural points for system improvement
- Work together with multiple stakeholders to roll out projects.
- Monitor processes and coordinate with other stakeholders to handle daily issues.
- Analyze data and generate insights to support decision making and initiatives
- Assist PMO Leader to keep track of project progress and deliverables.
Must-have:
- Minimum 02 year experience in tech start-up environment.
- Critical thinking, attention to details & numerical skill.
- Good communication skills and stakeholder management skill
- Proficiency in Office and Google applications
- Intermediate english reading & written
- Fast-learning and Can-do attitude
- SQL
- Fluent written English
- Data-driven and product mindset
- Previous research experience
