AtFinan, we build fintech solutions to help small businesses grow and stay financially healthy. Our two core products serve distinct segments:
- SoBanHanghelps micro merchants digitize sales and stay tax-compliant.
- FinanBookempowers SMEs with real-time cash flow and expense management tools.
We are now scaling nationally throughchannel partnershipsanddirect sales. You will lead our go-to-market efforts across both products, building strategic alliances, driving SME adoption, and growing a high-performance BD team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deploy customer strategies growth across key channels:
- (1) Micro businesses via partner distribution
- (2) SMEs via bundled partner-led offerings
- (3) Strategic accounts via direct sales
- Develop, enable, and scale partner networks
- Identify, pitch, and close strategic SME accounts
- Build and manage a high-performing BD team
- Build scalable, repeatable, and predictable revenue engine
- Analyze market trends and refine commercial strategies
- Be responsible & deliver target and growth for channel owned.
Requirements:
- >3 years in business development, sales, or partnerships (SaaS/ fintech preferred)
- Proven success in bothchannel-ledanddirectGTM models
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Experience managing sales teams and working with SME clients
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English
- Bachelors in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA a plus)

Working hour: 08:30 AM - 06:00 PM (Monday - Friday), 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM (Saturday)
