OFS Well Services Business Unit is an elite and highly motivated team who works with technology partners to provide the best solution for exploration & production operations of oil and gas industry: Well Completion, Reservoir Management, Production Enhancement, Well Integrity, Well Intervention, Plug & Abandonment.
Partner with the best
OFS Well Services Business Unit plays an essential role in execution of mission and vision of OFS to be the market leader in Asset Integrity and Reliability Management in Vietnam market. You'll be accountable for growing the company revenue, including in the fast-expanding the company services.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
Building and developing good relationships with clients to establish the company's portfolio as a leading service company in Well Services.
Increasing company revenues, profitability and identifying opportunity to grow OFS business.
Originating and assisting the delivery of services, working closely with other team members in the business unit.
Developing proposals, managing the execution and delivery of committed outcomes within budget and schedule.
Participating at industry events, within an agreed annual business plan, to expand OFS brand.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
University degree in Mechanical, Petroleum or related fields.
At least 5 year working experience in similar roles is required.
Have experience working at an International or Independent Oil company in a technical or commercial capacity.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Thoroughly understanding the whole procedure of sales and service order processing.
Ability to understand customer requirements and provide service packages, offering a full solution.
Requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multi-task, possess the willingness to learn and train, to be dependable and consistent with efforts.
Must possess a flexible and adaptive approach to working and time management.
Must be self-driven, highly motivated, conduct themselves with diplomacy and have the ability to maintain confidentiality.
