Location: HCMC & Ty Ninh (Shuttle bus provided from HCMC)
I. Responsibilities & Duties
New Business Development
- Identify, approach, and acquire new customers in the garment accessories sector
- Build and execute strategies to expand business in Vietnam and regional markets.
Account Management
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with garment factories, fashion brands, and OEM/ODM partners.
- Manage customer accounts, ensure excellent service quality, and maximize repeat business.
Sales Support & Technical Coordination
- Provide product consultation based on customer needs and technical requirements.
- Prepare quotations, follow up sample requests, and coordinate with production/QA teams to support technical inquiries.
- Track order progress and ensure timely delivery.
Performance & Pipeline Management
- Manage sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare regular sales reports and business updates for management.
Market Intelligence
- Collect market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
- Propose business strategies to enhance market penetration and product competitiveness.
II. Basic Qualifications
- 35 years of Sales or Business Development experience in textiles, garment accessories.
- Strong network with garment factories, merchandisers and buyers is a significant advantage.
- Good command of Chinese (for internal communication) & Intermediate English.
III. Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management.
- Result-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Willing to travel frequently for customer visits and market development.
