Role Overview

Lead strategic growth by building and retaining a strong distributor network. Combine commercial acumen with relationship management to expand SNF's market presence and deliver long-term value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture distributors to strengthen market coverage.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
  • Provide technical and commercial support to partners and customers.
  • Conduct training and engagement activities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Monitor performance and report insights to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years in the chemical industry and B2B sales/business development.
  • Familiarity with coagulants, flocculants, and polyacrylamide products is a plus.
  • Experience in the Pulp & Paper industry is a strong plus.
  • Strong communication skills in English; proficient in Microsoft 365.
  • Analytical, proactive, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation

Starting from 15,000,000 VND/month (Gross).
