Role Overview
Lead strategic growth by building and retaining a strong distributor network. Combine commercial acumen with relationship management to expand SNF's market presence and deliver long-term value.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture distributors to strengthen market coverage.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
- Provide technical and commercial support to partners and customers.
- Conduct training and engagement activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor performance and report insights to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years in the chemical industry and B2B sales/business development.
- Familiarity with coagulants, flocculants, and polyacrylamide products is a plus.
- Experience in the Pulp & Paper industry is a strong plus.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficient in Microsoft 365.
- Analytical, proactive, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Compensation
Starting from 15,000,000 VND/month (Gross).
