Role Description
- Implement sales plan and set up of realistic and achievable sales target
- Maintain business growth and generate direct/indirect profitable business.
- Regularly report on sales development, and provide solution or suggestion (if any) to the Superior or the management .
- Conduct effective sales program, and drive revenue growth.
- Identify market opportunities, strengthen customers portfolio, and expand the customer base in line with company's plan.
- Conduct the sales campaign/promotion and organize the joint sales visits with overseas agents/Sales and customers.
- Coordinate with Vietnam OP team, and other offices for the overall biz development within Ensign Group.
Job Description
- Preparation of sales report, weekly sales plan, record for review our the weekly sales meeting.
- Conduct regular sales contact including the preparation of sales follow up, such as quotation, service presentation, business negotiation, and contract agreement, etc.
- Keep current customers pipeline and ensure the continuous support.
- Maintain close customer relationship, and solicit / feedback for improvement, and share the industry / market news if any.
- Attend exhibition regularly, and share the sales information within Ensign Group for mutual sales follow up. - Co-ordinate with VN OP team for the biz solutions and the long term biz development.
- Report the sales issues to superior or management, and monitor the progress closely.
- Explore customer sources from the external sales data for long-term business development.
- Join the related association or network, which facilitate self-sales expansion, and business development within Ensign Group.
- Identify the market opportunity and value-added service potential in related to the trade lane.
- responsible for the final payment collection from the credit customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years or above with practical sales experience in Freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- The university graduate or above preferable.
- Proven track record in business achievements with revenue and Gross Profits targets.
- Concrete customer base and wide-customer connections for Intra-Asia including S.Korea with the advantage of customer source for UK/Finland.
- Work independently, self-motivated and willingness to work under pressure with self-discipline.
- Proficient in writing and speaking both in Vietnamese and English, added
advantage if able to communicate in Chinese.

- Attractive salary: Usd 2500-3000 per month subject toexperience with the concrete biz support.
