Sales & Business Development Manager (Banks / Fintech / NBFC)
Key Requirements
- 8+ years of Sales & Business Development experience in Banking, Fintech, Lending, Payments, NBFC, or Financial Services.
- Strong network within the Vietnam banking and fintech ecosystem.
- Proven experience in lead generation, pipeline building, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Good understanding of Banking, Lending, and Payment Solutions.
- Experience engaging with senior decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Bilingual: Vietnamese & English.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development and sales growth across Banks, Fintechs, NBFCs, Rural Banks, and Microfinance Institutions.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through lead generation and solution selling.
- Develop strategic partnerships to support revenue growth.
- Gather market intelligence and identify new business opportunities.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with clients and partners.
- Promote digital transformation and enhance partner channel effectiveness.
