Job Description

Sales & Business Development Manager (Banks / Fintech / NBFC)

Key Requirements

  • 8+ years of Sales & Business Development experience in Banking, Fintech, Lending, Payments, NBFC, or Financial Services.
  • Strong network within the Vietnam banking and fintech ecosystem.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, pipeline building, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Good understanding of Banking, Lending, and Payment Solutions.
  • Experience engaging with senior decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Bilingual: Vietnamese & English.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business development and sales growth across Banks, Fintechs, NBFCs, Rural Banks, and Microfinance Institutions.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through lead generation and solution selling.
  • Develop strategic partnerships to support revenue growth.
  • Gather market intelligence and identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with clients and partners.
  • Promote digital transformation and enhance partner channel effectiveness.
