The Senior Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth across the entire Galaxy Holdings ecosystem through developing partnership opportunities within Sovico Group and expanding the external enterprise market.
This role acts as a strategic bridge between Galaxy Holdings and its Member Companies, promoting cross-sell, upsell activities, and deploying Technology - Data - AI solutions aligned with the digital transformation needs of enterprise customers.
Responsibilities:
Internal Business Development within Sovico Group
- Build and manage the business pipeline from Member Units within the Sovico Group ecosystem.
- Proactively approach and understand the digital transformation needs and pain points of each BU; propose suitable solutions from the Galaxy Holdings ecosystem.
- Negotiate, sign, and implement cooperation programs, cross-sell initiatives, data-sharing activities, and solutions among entities within the Group.
- Monitor contract implementation progress, ensuring satisfaction levels and tangible added value for internal clients.
- Maintain and develop strategic relationships with leaders and stakeholders across the Sovico Group ecosystem.
External Market Business Development
- Identify, approach, and develop business opportunities with enterprises and large corporations in the following sectors: Finance - Banking, Aviation, Logistics, Real Estate, Energy, Retail, and other key industries.
- Build and expand a strategic partner network including international technology vendors, implementation partners, consulting organizations, and the domestic technology ecosystem.
- Represent Galaxy Holdings at conferences, industry events, and networking activities to enhance brand awareness and create new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present proposals, pitch decks, business cases, MOUs, and commercial documents for potential customers and partners.
- Proactively seek strategic partnership opportunities to expand market share and increase revenue for the Galaxy Holdings ecosystem.
Business Opportunity Management & Internal Coordination (Deal Management)
- Closely coordinate with Member Companies such as GalaxyOne, Galaxy Pay, Galaxy Technology Services, FinOS, Galaxy Connect, etc., to fully understand product capabilities, pricing, and service roadmaps.
- Connect market demands with the implementation capabilities of BUs; allocate and drive suitable business opportunities.
- Manage the entire business opportunity lifecycle from customer acquisition, needs assessment, solution proposal, negotiation, contract closing, to implementation handover.
- Monitor post-sales implementation effectiveness to ensure service quality and identify additional revenue growth opportunities.
- Periodically report on pipeline status, revenue forecasts, KPIs, and business performance to Galaxy Holdings Management.
Market Research & Strategy Development
- Monitor trends in technology, AI, data, and digital transformation markets to identify new growth opportunities for Galaxy Holdings.
- Analyze competitors, new business models, and technology trends to propose appropriate business strategies.
- Participate in developing annual business plans, revenue growth strategies, and B2B market expansion plans.
- Contribute to positioning Galaxy Holdings as a strategic digital transformation partner in the market.
- Propose new business initiatives related to AI-as-a-Service, Data Monetization, Managed Services, next-generation BPO, and other digital business models.
Other tasks as assigned by the Direct Manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
- MBA or relevant international certifications are an advantage.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Strategic Partnership.
- Experience working in Technology, Fintech, AI, Data, Cloud, or Digital Transformation sectors.
- Strong network with large corporations/enterprises is an advantage.
- Experience working within holding/group models or ecosystem businesses is a significant plus.
- Preference for candidates with experience serving enterprise clients or participating in large-scale digital transformation projects.
- Excellent business development and strategic client management skills.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Strategic mindset and strong market analysis capabilities.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across departments.
- Good pipeline management and deal management skills.
- Proficiency in English in an international business environment.
