Our client is a rapidly growing technology company specializing in cloud-based engineering information management solutions for manufacturers. The company helps organizations digitize, organize, and leverage engineering drawings and technical knowledge to improve productivity, collaboration, and decision-making across manufacturing operations.
Job Description
- Build and develop a pipeline through outbound prospecting and self-generated opportunities.
- Identify and acquire new manufacturing customers across Vietnam.
- Visit customer sites to understand production processes and operational challenges.
- Demonstrate the company's cloud platform to engineers, plant managers, and business leaders.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement through contract closure.
- Support customer onboarding and drive early adoption.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers.
- Collaborate closely with overseas headquarters and cross-functional teams on sales and business development initiatives.
- Share market insights and customer feedback to influence product and commercial strategies.
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience.
- Experience working for a Japanese company is a plus.
- Proven ability to develop new business opportunities and build long-term customer relationships.
- Strong communication skills in Vietnamese and the ability to work with international teams.
- Willingness to be based in Ho Chi Minh City and travel regularly to customer sites.
- Experience selling to manufacturing companies, industrial technology, or SaaS solutions is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
