Position Summary

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and expanding our network of Introducing Brokers (IBs) and affiliates within your assigned market. You will be the front line of our growth engine, identifying opportunities, building relationships, and driving revenue. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for sales, a deep understanding of the local trading landscape, and a relentless focus on achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Partner Acquisition:

  1. Proactively identify, target, and acquire new retail clients and high-potential Introducing Brokers (IBs) and affiliate partners.
  2. Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking, to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
  3. Present and promote Vantage's value proposition, products, and trading platforms to prospective clients and partners.

Relationship Management:

  1. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing IBs and affiliate partners.
  2. Provide ongoing support and training to partners to ensure they are equipped to promote Vantage effectively.
  3. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Market Intelligence & Reporting:

  1. Stay informed about local market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments.
  2. Provide regular feedback to the sales leadership on market conditions, partner needs, and opportunities for growth.
  3. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline progress in the CRM system.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the financial services, Forex/CFD brokerage, or fintech industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the local trading community and the IBD/affiliate model is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Full professional proficiency in English and the local language (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is based.
