Business Development Executive, Vietnam

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to support partner development and maintain strong relationships with our business partners in Ho Chi Minh City.

This role leverages a fully remote work approach to drive maximum productivity and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential partners through existing networks and online platforms searches.
• Maintain regular communication with partners through email, phone, WhatsApp, and other channels. Provide timely support and respond to partner inquiries.
• Follow up on onboarding processes to ensure smooth account activation.
• Monitor client accounts, identify issues or opportunities, and propose solutions to improve engagement and boost sales.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure partner and client issues are handled efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or related fields.
• Priority for candidates with experience in fintech, banking, or financial institutions.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
