You will be one of the very first members of our ambitious SME team and an important piece of the puzzle to our dynamic growth team, together driving outstanding business results for Pinpoint.
Job Description
Sales Planning:
- Conduct research to identify new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Build own sales plan and list of potential clients, including quarterly, monthly, and weekly sales plan
Sales Execution
- Conduct research and build effective approach strategies for each strategic clients
- Collect intelligence related to the demand, market, and competitors through daily activities to continuously upgrade the strategies and share insight to other teams within the vertical (e.g. Product teams, Account team, etc.)
- Conduct daily sales a
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Manage effectively the sales process through prospect development, proposal, presentation and closing negotiations to achieve company goals.
BD Program Optimization
- Share constructive feedback to the managers/directors to continuously improve the BD process.
- Support the managers to build and upgrade sales materials (e.g. Sales script, Email templates, Communication flows, etc.)
Job Requirements
Skills & Knowledge & Qualification
- Minimum of 12 years of successful sales experience in professional B2B environments; preferred experience in digital marketing agency and working with SME clients.
- Having knowledge of website development, SEO, and e-commerce is a plus.
- Strong client service mindset, always put the client first.
- Strong problem-solving and research skills.
- Strong relationship and networking skills.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, persuasion, analytical, and management skills.
- Driven, self-motivated, can-do attitude; brings optimism and positive energy to the team.
- Willing to learn and challenge yourself to step out of your comfort zone.
- Strong commitment to business growth with strong influencing, persuading, and project management skills.
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills with sufficient business acumen and marketing sense.
