Business Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and business-oriented Business Analyst with around 2 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients, stakeholders, developers, testers, and project managers to analyze business needs and transform them into clear and actionable requirements.

This position is ideal for candidates who not only enjoy business analysis but also aspire to take on leadership responsibilities and grow into a Project Manager role in the future.

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with clients and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements.
• Conduct requirement workshops, meetings, and interviews to understand business processes and project objectives.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including BRD, SRS, user stories, use cases, workflows, and functional specifications.
• Prepare wireframes, mockups, process flows, and business diagrams when necessary.
• Collaborate closely with Development, QA, UI/UX, and Project Management teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support effort estimation, scope definition, and release planning activities.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Manage requirement changes and ensure project deliverables align with business objectives.
• Support UAT activities and assist stakeholders during acceptance testing.
• Participate in project coordination activities, track progress, identify risks, and proactively follow up on action items.
• Mentor junior BAs or support team members when required.

Requirements:

Must Have:

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Ability to write clear and structured requirement documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience creating process flows, workflow diagrams, and wireframes.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned projects or modules.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Draw.io, Figma, Lucidchart, or similar.
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal).

Nice to Have:

• Experience working directly with international clients.
• Experience in CRM, ERP, POS, E-commerce, SaaS, or enterprise software projects.
• Basic understanding of databases, APIs, and system integration concepts.
• Experience leading requirement workshops or managing small project teams.
• Knowledge of project planning, resource management, and risk management.
• PMP, PMI-PBA, PSPO, PSM, or related certifications are a plus.
