Job Description
Lead end-to-end requirement gathering for complex features/modules and translate them into structured business/user stories.
Independently manage grooming sessions, ensure backlog readiness, and validate stories with stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with PM, Dev, QA, and UI/UX teams to align technical and business solutions.
Identify functional gaps, dependencies, and edge cases to ensure completeness of requirements.
Mentor and support team members through coaching, peer reviews, and best practice sharing.
Drive alignment across teams and ensure traceability of features throughout the delivery cycle.
Support stakeholder communication, impact analysis, and change management in cross-team initiatives.
Your skills and experience
Education/Experience Required
Bachelors degree in IT, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields.
35 years of experienceas aSenior Business Analyst.Experience managing e-commerce projects is highly preferred.
Proven experience owning functional modules or cross-functional features from requirement to delivery.
Strong understanding ofAgile/Scrum methodologies,system integration, andproduct lifecycle.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in mentoring or supporting team members is a strong advantage.
Fluent in English
