Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Business Analyst based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Business Analyst will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will be responsible for analyzing complex business processes, gathering and validating requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective system implementation. The role requires a strong combination of retail business understanding, technical acumen, and hands-on experience with enterprise-scale systems.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of retail business operations, including in-store workflows, promotions, inventory, and customer experience.
• Solid knowledge of information technologies and system integration practices.
• Strong technical foundation able to translate business requirements into system logic, workflows, and data flows
• 5+ years of experience analyzing and designing large-scale business systems, preferably across multiple business domains.
• Proven ability to define business requirements, document processes, and translate them into functional specifications.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communication skills to work with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
• Experience working in or with retail organizations is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
