Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze, and develop user requirements.
Work with cross-functional technical teams to deliver effective solutions.
Conduct system testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements before transitioning to user acceptance testing (UAT).
Support users during UAT and provide training to end-users (if required).
Develop and maintain documentation, including business processes, data flows, high-level user interfaces, functional specifications, and testing documentation.
Track project progress and report updates to managers and stakeholders.
Support users during the implementation and post-implementation phases.
Consult business users to provide advice and support.
Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Logical thinking, agile, and open mindset.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using tools for documentation, issue analysis, and timeline management.
Extensive understanding of Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies.
Experience with project management tasks is a plus.
Required English communication skill and fluent in Vietnamese.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
