ABOUT THE JOB

  • Engage with business stakeholders and Product Owners to understand needs and pain points
  • Analyze current processes and design future processes, focusing on simplification and standardization
  • Document functional specifications and process definitions for automation solutions
  • Identify processes suitable for automation based on complexity, business value, and compliance requirements
  • Prepare business cases, including quantitative and qualitative benefits such as time savings, error reduction, and improved data quality
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams and vendors to ensure accurate translation of requirements into technical solutions
  • Validate feasibility and ensure adherence to governance and prioritization frameworks
  • Support user acceptance testing by creating test scenarios and coordinating with operational teams during rollout
  • Maintain the demand pipeline and update stakeholders on progress
  • Ensure compliance with Automation CoE standards and Agile methodologies
  • Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to management.

ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, information systems, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency with RPA tools and intelligent automation frameworks (e.g., Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, UiPath)
  • Familiarity with ERP processes and systems
  • Experience working in Agile environments and with DevOps teams
  • Ability to calculate automation benefits and build effort estimates
  • Ability to facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions
  • Strong understanding of business processes and ability to map workflows and design wireframes.
