In this exciting and challenging role, you will work in our Group IT Team, located in our Ho Chi Minh office as Group Business Analyst.
Job Description
The Group Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in analysing, documenting and supporting the successful roll-out and delivery of a global process and technology transformation program. This role is responsible for analyzing, documenting, and optimizing business processes across international offices, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and enabling scalable, efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document current business processes across departments and regions.
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design future-state processes.
- Support the implementation of new technologies and systems aligned with process improvements.
- Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate process designs.
- Develop and maintain process maps, SOPs, and documentation.
- Monitor and report on process performance using defined KPIs and metrics.
- Ensure process changes are effectively communicated and understood across the organization.
- Assist in change management activities to support transformation initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of training materials and user guides.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external standards.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Work closely with international teams to ensure consistency and scalability of process solutions.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of international experience in process analysis, business transformation, or operational excellence.
- Preferred experience in the professional services industry, with an understanding of service delivery models and client-centric operations.
- Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio, ARIS).
- Familiarity with ERP systems, workflow automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Certifications (preferred):
- Process & Quality: Lean Six Sigma, BPM, ISO 9001
- Project Management: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum
- Change Management: PROSCI, ADKAR
