Branding & Communications Specialist

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing, storytelling, stakeholder coordination, media monitoring, internal communication, and corporate reputation building.

Key Responsibilities

• Support communication campaigns covering SCG Vietnam's businesses, sustainability commitments, CSR / ESG activities, and corporate initiatives.

• Draft press releases, corporate announcements, executive messages, internal updates, and content for digital platforms.

• Manage internal communication channels such as newsletters, intranet updates, employee announcements, and engagement content.

• Support corporate events, CSR activities, media gatherings, employee activities, and business communication projects.

• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure messaging aligns with SCG's brand, corporate identity, and communication standards.

• Monitor media coverage, market sentiment, and communication performance; prepare reports and key insights.

• Work with Marketing and HR teams on employer branding, recruitment communication, and people-related campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, English, or related fields.

• 0–5 years of experience in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Media, Content, Internal Communications, or related functions.

• Strong writing, editing, presentation, and storytelling skills.

• Comfortable working with digital platforms, content management tools, and basic communication analytics.

• Creative, organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at the same time.

• Able to communicate professionally in Vietnamese and English.

• Experience in corporate branding, sustainability communication, employer branding, or media relations is an advantage.
