Bancassurance Sales Specialist

The Sales Manager (SM) is responsible for business planning and strategy execution sales support and Coaching with bank partners and customers.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree majoring in marketing, Finance and Banking.
• Minimum 2 years sales management experience in insurance or banking businesses.
• Have a good bancassurance background is preferable.

• Systematic and structured to understand systems and processes.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
