Job Description

Manage and strengthen B2B clients and business partner relationships to drive sustainable revenue growth in the Non-Life Insurance sector:

1. Maintain client and business partner relationships: Proactively engage with clients and partners to ensure timely policy renewals and address any inquiries or concerns effectively.

2. Drive revenue growth: Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities for existing clients based on their evolving needs.

3. Provide expert insurance guidance: Offer consultations to address client concerns and secure optimal non-life insurance coverage tailored to their needs.

4. Contribute to business development initiatives: Actively participate in projects focused on expanding the non-life insurance client base.

QUALIFICATIONS

- At least 3 years of experience in the Sales/ Key Account management/ Business development/ Customer service fields.

- Experience in Non-life insurance is preferable.

- Fluent in English. Proficient in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint essential).

- Presentation, Negotiation, Reporting, Analytical & Logical thinking, Time & task management skills.

WORKING CONDITIONS

- Working location:

Ho Chi Minh Branch Office, 14th Floor, Lim Tower 3, 29A Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Sai Gon Ward, HCMC

- Working time:

+ Monday Friday, 8:00 17:00 or 8:30 17:30

+ Work from home: 1 day/ week

- Pantry room equipped with Refrigerator, Microwave, Coffee machine, Yogurt, Tea & Coffee

- Transportation by company car & taxi for outside assignments.

- Motorbike parking: In the same building (company-registered).
