Summary / Position Objective:

Join us on our mission to develop cutting-edge international payment solutions for B2B clients. This role is designed for fresh graduates or candidates with limited experiencewho are passionate about fintech, eager to learn, and enthusiastic about building a career in a dynamic, international environment. You will receive comprehensive training on products, B2B sales skills, and client acquisition channelsto become a trusted advisor in cross-border payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Learn and get familiar with B2B digital payment solutionsand the companys business model.

Research, approach, and build relationships with B2B clients, under the guidance of senior team members.

Support in onboarding processes and consulting international payment solutionsfor clients.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure an excellent client experience.

Prepare reports and update progress to the manager.

Training & Development Opportunities:

Structured training programon digital payment products and services for businesses.

Hands-on coachingon B2B sales techniques, including needs analysis, solution consulting, and deal closing.

Guidance on B2B lead generation and acquisition channels, from online (LinkedIn, email, webinars) to offline (events, networking).

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Economics, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields.

Passion for business development and an interest in fintech.

Strong communication skills, proactive, and eager to learn.

Good English reading/writing skills; conversational English is a plus (not mandatory for fresher).
