Job Description

As a B2B Payment Solutions Executiveat NeoX, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying and developing relationships with corporate clients seeking cross-border payment solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor to understand each clients needs and propose tailored fintech offerings. This is a strategic position that sits at the intersection of sales, consulting, and innovationempowering businesses to scale globally through smart, seamless, and compliant financial solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop corporate clients with cross-border payment needs, especially in sectors such as import-export, e-commerce, logistics, overseas education, OTA, etc.
  • Consult and propose tailored payment solutions for different B2B customer segments.
  • Collaborate with operations, legal, and technical teams to ensure effective implementation of payment solutions for clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to continuously improve services.
  • Ensure sales targets are achieved on a quarterly and yearly basis.

Qualifications

  • 12 years of experience in solution sales, fintech, SaaS, B2B services, or OTA.
  • Bachelors degree in Economics, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Preferred: Existing network with businesses requiring cross-border payments, OTA services, or import-export operations.
  • Strong communication, consulting, and negotiation skills.
  • Service-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Good reading and comprehension in English (verbal communication is a plus).
