Job Description

ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager in B2B sales to join our team. You will be responsible for targeting potential clients, managing customers relationship, and contributing to sales growth. Our ideal candidates should possess a decent background in B2B sales and online marketing, proficient communication and presentation skills in English. This role requires candidates&apos ability to be proactive and decisive, ensuring the successful of sales projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Finding, developing and approaching potential B2B/GOV clients primarily domestic and international

- Exploiting, and analyzing clients needs, digital transformation status, technology applications;

- Designing, proposing, consulting and giving demonstrations of services provided by FTI to clients;

- Providing consultation to clients throughout the application process;

- Maintaining relationships with businesses, providing pre-sales and after-sales customer care, providing service upgrades or expanding service offerings;

- Building a team of empathetic employees, creating personalized interactions and experiences for clients, and fostering a culture of effective work and strong collaboration;

- Perform other tasks as maybe assigned;

  • Internet leased line; Server; Data Center
  • FPT Virtual Data Center Service, Office 365, Fdrive, Fshare......
  • FPT HI GIO Cloud; Microsoft Cloud
  • Fixed-line services; FPT Oncall; Hotline 1900/1800; SMS Branding
  • E-Invoice, Digital signature
  • FPT Cloud Wifi Solutions; WiFi Aruba; IHome Alarm
  • Corporate Governance Solutions (FPT x Base.vn)
  • Onmeeting Services
  • Private/Public Cloud Service

QUALIFICATIONS

- Graduated from University, or higher majoring in Economics, Information Technology, Business Administration, Electronics, and Telecommunications,...

- Candidates with experiences, knowledge or interest in B2B and Information Technology-related sales (hardware, software, cloud computing, security,) is preferred.

- Ability to plan, execute, monitor, and evaluate work performance.

- Being proactive, decisive, and creative in the execution of work.

- Strong communication and presentation skills, with a customer-centric mindset

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficiency in online marketing and English is an advantage
